These Terms of Service govern your use of the Speed Soul Pvt Ltd website and sourcing/import services. By requesting a quote or placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.
Our services
Speed Soul Pvt Ltd helps businesses and individuals source products from Chinese factories and wholesale markets, and handles freight, customs clearance, and last-mile delivery to Pakistan. Sourcing, pricing, and delivery timelines are confirmed with you individually for each order before it proceeds.
Quotes and orders
- A quote request is not a confirmed order. Orders are confirmed once you and our team agree on product specifications, pricing, and quantity.
- Minimum order quantities, pricing, and shipping method depend on the product and supplier, and will be communicated to you before confirmation.
- Delivery timelines shown on our website (7–60 days depending on shipping method) are estimates and can vary due to factors outside our control, including customs processing and supplier production time.
Quality inspection
We inspect orders before they leave China. If a defect is found, we work with the supplier to resolve it prior to shipment. This inspection process is intended to reduce — not eliminate — the possibility of quality issues on arrival.
Order tracking
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order reference to track progress on our website. Order status is updated by our team as your shipment progresses through sourcing, production, shipping, and customs clearance.
Customer reviews
Reviews on our website can only be submitted by verifying a real, delivered order reference. Submitted reviews are checked before publishing. We reserve the right to decline publishing a review that is abusive, unrelated to the order, or violates applicable law.
Limitation of liability
While we take reasonable care in sourcing, quality inspection, and shipping, Speed Soul Pvt Ltd is not liable for delays or losses caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to customs delays, carrier issues, or force majeure events.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
